When will my kit be picked up?

Within 24–48 hours of booking, usually by evening. The courier calls your mobile before arriving. If a pickup is missed, it automatically retries the next working day.

Can I choose a pickup time?

Courier partners route pickups automatically, so a specific time slot can't be promised — but you don't need to wait around; the courier will call you first.

Is pickup really free?

Yes. We cover the full courier cost for your sample pickup.

Where does my sample go?

To our partner lab (Microbiotx) in Bengaluru, where your Gut Intelligence 360 sample is processed.

How do I track it?

You'll get an SMS and email with a live tracking link as soon as the booking is confirmed.
